Motor yacht and bareboat rental at Klompmaker’s means, that you rent a motor yacht that towers above the average as regards comfort, space, technology, design and sailing properties, and with which you can sail the IJssel Lake safely if you have the necessary experience. Our cutter yachts are beautifully lined, robust and exclusive. They will be a comfortable second home during your holidays, with many of the conveniences of your “first” home. Of course the environment has been taken into account: all our yachts are provided with waste water tanks, with which all the sanitary fittings are connected.

You can park your car in the fenced-off car park of our new charter base with reception, toilets, own boatyard. We welcome you with tea and coffee and then we would love to show you the ropes of your “private yacht”. After getting the luggage on board we ‘ll give you an extensive technical instruction – and then it is time for a test!

You don’t need a navigation license for our cutter yachts.
But if you have never sailed, we can arrange a quick, pleasant sailing course from “ Skippers Start Help” for you. After only one day you not only feel like a captain - you are one! You will feel confident at the helm of our cutter yacht, also because they have such splendid sailing properties.
In a few cases a sailing course is required - in our interest and that of our guests.

The sailing area is extensive: of course Friesland, the Ijssel Lake and the adjoining sailing areas. But the West and the South of the Netherlands are also within reach. Perhaps you would like to change now and then from yacht to bike? Particularly in Friesland there are many beautiful bicycle paths, connected to the waterways. You can rent bikes together with your yacht.
With a “bijboot” (small boat) you can sail the narrow and shallow canals, of which there are so many in the Netherlands. And you ‘ll do the children a great favour!
